August 2011 – December 2011:Volunteer teacher at Secondary School, Pokhara, Nepal. Responsibilities included managing classrooms of primarily 8-15 year old youth in various subjects including English, Geography and Math. Limited resources and limited Nepali support made this a challenging, yet extremely rewarding experience.
2012-2013: Member Services – Front Desk Staff, Hope&Home, a Nepali non-governmental organization Pokhara, Nepal
2013-present: working in Huajie bilingual school, Conducted routine patrols at campus buildings as assigned;
Assisted with crowd security at university events.
Conclusion：
Time flies, I have been in china more than a year, I think I am very happy in China. During this year I have gained a lot of experience, the following is my teaching experience.
1. Teaching
At the beginning of the class, I will prepare lessons, student, textbook I am the English speaking guide for the students. I will according to the teaching aims, design the teaching methods, design reasonable game and organize the classroom activities.
2. Love the students
Love is to respect students, different class has different students, but as a teacher ,we should be fair to each of them, I will pay more attention to those who do not raise their hands in the class, I will give them more chance to practice their English .Only in this way can improve their spoken English
3. Smile
In class we should more smile, more praise, more trust to the students, and l think as a teacher, we will get more return.
4.Taking some time to reflect myself
If the reaction of the students is not specially strong, I have to reflect myself .Whether they can not accept the teaching ways…… only through constant reflection to the students we can create a better learning atmosphere
5. A timely evaluation
I think the evaluation of students is the key part of a class, only the timely evaluation on them, they can know their own performance in class!

工作经验与心得：
时光飞逝，我来中国也已经一年多了，在这一年里，我认为自己在中国非常开心。回顾这一年的工作，我也收获了很多，以下是我的教育教学体会。
一. 教学方面
在课的开始我会认真的备课，备学生，备教材，我在课堂上会把学生当做是主体，我在课堂上只是他们学习英语口语的引导者，针对每节课的教学目标我会设计相应的教学方法和游戏，合理的开展课堂活动。
二．一定要懂得爱学生
爱就是尊重，虽然一个班级内学生的学习层次都不一样，但是作为一名教师我们要平等的对待每一位学生，要做到公平公正，在课堂上我会关注那些课上不举手的同学，我反而会把机会让给他们让他们起来回到问题，有时候他们不敢说我就会进行一定的引导让他们开口说，只有这样他们的口语才能有所进步。
三．多一点微笑
在课堂上我们要多一点微笑，多一点赞美，多一点对学生的信任，这样作为一名老师我们会得到更多的回报。
四．要乐于花一些时间来反思自己
如果一节课上学生的积极性或者是反应都不是特别强烈的话，我就要反思自己的课堂是不是不够吸引学生，教学方法是不是他们不能接受，只有通过不断的反思才能给学生营造更好的学习氛围。
五．每一节课要给学生一个及时的评价
我认为评价学生是一节课很关键的部分，只有对他们进行及时的评价他们才会知道自己表现的怎么样或是哪些地方还需要改进和提高的。
