Time flies, l have been teaching in China for over one year , l am very honoured to be here to teach. I am willing to spend a lot of time with the kids, l like teaching……the following is my teaching experiences.
I will prepare the material, understand the basic concept of the books and the teaching goals.
I should know the students level, their interest and help them overcome their difficulties considering the teaching ways.
We should not confined to the book knowledge, we’d better enrich these knowledge, we can broaden their horizons by bearing the western culture to Chinese students.
We should pay attention to all the students in class, we should adopt the feedback information of the students, we should stimulate the students’ emotion, create a good atmosphere in class, we should give more chance to the students in class.
Give the students a timely assessment
We are able to attract the attention of the students, so they are willing to learn the knowledge.
We should use different kinds of games, I will spend a lot of time to design new game and use PPT to teach the students
I will encourage students to talk with me in English, I usually say these words to students: practice=confidence!
I love my students, I would like to spend a lot of time teaching them, l am very happy some students come to me and say: thank you! I have confidence to speak English because you teach us in class, we have learnt a lot. I want to say thanks to my TA! I like her to be my partner!
时光过得飞快，转眼我在中国任教也一年多了，在这期间，我认为在中国教学是一份很崇高的事业，我很喜欢和学生们相处的时光，我喜欢学生们，而且我也非常喜欢和他们相处，以下是我个人的教学心得体会。

课前要认真钻研教材及自己对教材的基本概念，对教学目标有一个透彻的了解，我知道在课堂上学生会出现很多不可避免的情况，比如说课堂纪律，由于小学生的自控能力差所以说在课前我要想好怎么应付学生的突发事件，采取相应的预防措施。

要了解每个班学生的学习层次，他们的兴趣，需要，要帮助他们克服他们在学习上所遇到的困难。

要考虑教学法。

每一节课都不要局限于课本知识，应该将这些知识进行拓展，将西方的文化带给中国的学生，拓展他们的视野，开阔知识面。

组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意学生的信息反馈，学生不懂得一定要将他讲的透彻，同时激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言简洁明了，课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学英语的兴趣，并走出传统教学的模式，在课堂上不只老师讲，而且学生也要站起来讲，形成教学互动，讲练结合。

要及时评价学生在课堂上的表现，对于差生，一定要积极鼓舞他们给他们自信心。

对课堂要进行一个及时的评价。这样可以让学生知道他们在课堂上的表现是什么样的，有哪些地方需要改正的。

要能够吸引学生的注意力，使学生乐于在我的课上学习知识。

采用与众不同但是又能吸引学生注意力的游戏，我会花费很多时间来设计新的游戏，采用PPT方式教授学生。

鼓舞学生课后主动和我交流来练习口语，因为我常对学生说的一句话就是：practice=confidence!
我很爱我的学生，我愿意花费大量时间来给他们上课，我感觉和他们在一起再累也值得，很高兴有很多学生来到我面前和我说：外教老师谢谢你，因为你，我才有信心说英语，我才敢开口说英语。我知道这是学生对我的肯定，我很开心，这是最值得老师欣慰的礼物。
